Please feel free to download and print both Garnish's order and policy form. We cannot take orders over the phone. When picking size, please refer to designers' size chart on link below. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding size. We're happy to help, but all final size decisions are made by the bridesmaid. Forms can be faxed or mailed back, but please remember to keep a copy for your records.
